“everything is a song waiting to be written”

Gloria Del Mar is a Namibian singer-songwriter and producer whose music fuses soulful storytelling with cinematic soundscapes, drawing inspiration from heartbreak, film, and the emotional nuance of modern love. Gloria's style blends alternative R&B and indie pop with theatrical flair—creating music that feels both intimate and expansive.

Her debut EP, This Was Meant to Be Brief, introduced listeners to her signature introspection, pairing stripped-down arrangements with raw, vulnerable lyricism. Now, she is preparing to release her highly anticipated follow-up project, The Heartbreak Trilogy—a sweeping emotional arc told through songs like Hourglass, Full Moon, and All Out of Love.

Her song enchantée was recently featured on the Netflix hit series Blood & Water, and she has performed across Southern Africa, including a standout performance opening for Ayra Starr in Malawi.

Beyond that, Gloria is a self-taught producer and alumna of the Goethe Institute’s Producers’ Residency.
