Back with a bang at The Handle Bar in Olympia on Saturday, the one-day festival was a feast of prawns, paella, seafood platters, sushi and fresh oysters, as well as an ocean of wine and a splash of local and international music talent. First to take the stage was Gloria Del Mar, who improved on last year’s festival’s lack of women headliners.

The institute said the live music event will showcase the talent and captivating music of this rising musician. “Del Mar has been crafting songs since she was just 9 years old, gaining early exposure by posting covers on SoundCloud during her high school years. Her music, deeply personal and reflective, often draws from her own experiences and relationships,” they added.
